Ask which evidence is being discussed
A laboratory experiment, an animal study, and a controlled human trial answer different questions. When a recovery claim cites a paper, identify its study population before drawing conclusions about your own circumstances.
Read the safety discussion too
The FDA has flagged concerns about immune responses, impurities, and characterization of BPC-157 ingredients. A convincing explanation of a proposed benefit still needs a separate account of safety and product quality.
Treat personal reports as questions to investigate
A recovery story rarely tells you what would have happened without the intervention. Other treatments, changes in activity, and time can influence the outcome. Keep the account in context and ask for a comparison.
Check the current regulatory record
A proposal, an advisory committee recommendation, and an FDA approval are different events. Read the regulator’s current documents rather than relying on a social media summary. Discuss any treatment decision with a licensed clinician.
